What you’ll do:
As our Growth Marketer, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping women experiencing symptoms find Flouria. You will manage campaigns and work across channels to create awareness and demand for our innovative care paths.
You’ll be expected to think strategically and execute hands-on. This role is about ownership, agency, and autonomy.
You will:
Set up, run, and iterate on marketing campaigns across channels
Manage and optimise paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
Write clear, empathetic content and emails that speak to women experiencing health symptoms
Bonus if you’ve worked with Customer.io or similar tools
Identify growth opportunities using data, customer insights, interviews, and analytics
Grow and manage our social media presence
Support the creation of marketing assets (copy, briefs, landing pages, etc.)
Track performance using dashboards and reports, monitor KPIs and growth metrics
Working closely with our CMO, this role requires both thinking and doing!
Who you are
This role is a good fit if you have 1–3 years of marketing experience and are ready to take on more ownership.
You:
Speak native-level Dutch and are fluent in English
Have experience with performance marketing (paid social and/or paid search)
Are ambitious, analytical and structured - you plan, prioritise, and follow through
Are comfortable working with ambiguity and taking initiative, even when things aren’t fully defined
Are ready to take full ownership and initiative over your work
Care deeply about women’s health and the impact Flouria is trying to make
