1. Introduction

Welcome to Flouria Health B.V.. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (www.flouria.health), our services and our app, which you can download on the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. By accessing our site or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Definitions

• "We," "our," or "us" refers to Flouria Health B.V..
• "You" or "user" refers to any person accessing our website or using our app.

3. Use of services

Our app, website, content, and resources are intended for informational purposes only. Our servies are not a medical device, or a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek advice from a qualified health provider in case of an emergency or other medical issue.

When signing up, the user is required to provide the following information: e-mailadres, name or nickname, and age. Furthermore the user is required to insert an access key, which is either provided by the employer of the user, or directly via us.

The user can use the app to get information about women’s wellbeing topics and lifestyle interventions. The user can get this information either directly via the content, or by connecting with a Flouria advisor.

4. Privacy policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and share your personal information.

5. User responsibilities

Flouria is designed for your personal use, it is not for sharing with others or for commercial use.

By using our website and services, you agree:

• To provide accurate information.
• Not to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services.
• Not to use our services for any unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual property

All content, including text, images, logos, and trademarks on our site, are owned by or licensed to Flouria Health B.V.. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission from us.

7. User accounts

If you register for an account, you agree to maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Limitation of liability

In the unlikely event that our services lead to damage on your part, our liability will be limited to the amount paid out by our liability insurer or, if the damage is not being covered, to € 500 per event and per year. These limitations do not apply to services which are part of a medical treatment contract, or if the damage is due to our intent or wilful recklessness.

9. Termination

If you want to cancel your Flouria account, you’re welcome to at any time. You can find the instructions to cancel your account in our FAQ.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms.

When the service agreement with the employer of the user is expired, the account of the user will automatically expire.

When you leave your employer, your account will remain active for another 6 months, within this time we give you the option to download your data if you need it for other use.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Also, we’re allowed to transfer our rights and obligations to other parties. Any change or transfer will only apply to you after we have informed you in writing.
