Senior Fullstack Engineer
(Tech Lead)
We’re building a women’s health platform used by women navigating fertility, postpartum, menopause, and everything in between.
We care a lot about product quality, speed, and building software that actually helps people.
We’re looking for a senior engineer who can help drive the technical side of the company from day one.
Someone highly technical, highly autonomous, and deeply comfortable building with AI tools.

What you’ll work on
You’ll work across the entire stack.
Backend services in Node.js.
Flutter apps across iOS, Android, and web.
Infrastructure on GCP with Kubernetes and Terraform.
Distributed systems, APIs, reliability, developer experience, deployment pipelines.
We move fast and expect engineers to own things end-to-end.
That means:
building features
improving architecture
fixing broken systems
making deployments better
introducing new tooling
improving engineering workflows
helping decide how things should be built in the first place
We’re also integrating AI deeply into both our product and engineering workflows.
Experience with LLM integrations, vector databases, agents, Python or ML infrastructure is a plus.
AI-native engineering
This is important.
We’re not looking for someone who “occasionally uses ChatGPT.”
We want someone who already builds with tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar every day.
You should already have strong opinions on:
AI-assisted coding
agent workflows
debugging with AI
code generation and refactoring
how AI changes software engineering itself
We care much more about how you think and build than whether you perfectly match a checklist.
